Good morning smoothie

I used to have coffee au lait and peanut butter toast in the morning. At some point, I had to stop, it was making me soaked tired and very tense at the same time. Now I have perfected my breakfast to the extreme, the taste is too weird for some but it feels so good that the taste is just fine for me.

Here is my mix. Feel free to improvise and add or remove what seems good to you. If you are in tune with yourself your body will tell what he craved for.

Frozen raspberries, blueberries and mangos (half of the total quantity I want)
5 - 6 frozen super berries (aronia, sea buckthorn berries, acai)
1/2" of frozen ginger root and a little bit less of frozen turmeric root
2 tablespoon of chia and hemp seeds
1/4 teaspoon of spirulina powder (very high in protein)
1/2 teaspoon of maca powder
And almost the same quantity as the fruits of nuts and seeds (sesame and pumpkin seeds) (cocoa, brazil, walnut, almond)
1 cup of warm none dairy milk (mix of hemp, rice and almond) so my fruits melt
And a little bit more than to cover of juice.

It is a little long to prepare, so sometimes I do in advance little bags of frozen mix and little pots of dry mix. Then in the morning it's ready in 2 minutes and I have my smoothie while driving my son to school. Voilà !

No more grumpy, teeth-scraping-the-floor morning !
